WaslX refers to the company WaslX, which operates a delivery ecosystem made up of three mobile applications as listed above

  • WaslX – User App (shopping & ordering)
  • WaslX Vendor – Merchant App (order management)
  • WaslX Delivery – Courier App (order fulfilment)

  • Full name, phone number, email, password
  • Delivery addresses & saved locations
  • Payment details (tokenised by third-party processor)
  • Merchant profile data (store name, bank info)
  • Courier data (driver licence, national ID, vehicle docs)

  • Device identifiers, IP address, OS, app version, language
  • Usage logs, crash reports, interaction statistics
  • Precise or approximate location (if you grant permission)

2.3 Cookies & similar technologies

Used on our website and in-app web views to remember preferences, analyse performance and deliver relevant offers.

10. Account Deletion

  • Delete from inside the WaslX app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or submit a request via our Contact Us page: https://www.multitechno.shop/contact-us
  • Deletion is irreversible; some transaction records may remain where legally required.

 

11. Children’s Privacy

WaslX is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted promptly.

 

12. Changes to This Policy

Updates may be made from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email, in-app notice or on our website. Continued use means acceptance of the revised policy.
